We accept return or replacement requests only in the case of damaged products.
- Requests must be raised within 10 days of delivery
- The product must be unused and unopened
- Due to the nature of Ayurvedic health products, returns are not accepted once the product is opened
🔹 Proof of Damage
To process your request, customers must provide:
- Clear photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the packaging (if damaged)
Without valid proof, the request may not be approved.
🔹 Replacement Policy
- We offer replacement only for damaged products
- Once your request is approved, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost
🔹 Refund Policy
In case a replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability:
- A refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval
🔹 Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs will be borne by Ayurvedjeevan in case of damaged products
🔹 Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped
- Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted
